Hardware Support Analyst/Entry Level

We’re hiring an Entry Level Hardware Support Engineer for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Virgina with a rapidly growing managed IT services company that supports enterprise and mid-sized clients across multiple industries. This role is 100% client-facing and hands-on, supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise hardware environments across Windows and Linux platforms. This is a full-time position with long-term growth potential.

Required Skills & Experience

· Basic knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, and mobile devices

· Ability to physically repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Comfortable working onsite full-time in a client-facing role

· Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)

· Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting

· Authorized to work in the US full-time

Desired Skills & Experience

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

· CompTIA A+ or similar certification

· Experience imaging devices and deploying hardware

· Exposure to Active Directory or ticketing systems

· Basic knowledge of Linux environments

· Previous internship or help desk experience
