Mosebach Manufacturing Company, a well-established and growing leader in the electrical power equipment industry, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service and After Market Support Technician to join our team. Located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, in the Upper St. Clair/Bridgeville area, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that values technical excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.

This position serves as a key member of the Service team, providing technical troubleshooting, repair services, and customer assistance both remotely and on-site. The role supports customers by diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues over the phone, email, and virtual platforms, as well as performing in-person service and repairs at customer locations (typically within the US and Canada).

Responsibilities include testing and evaluating equipment to ensure continued performance to engineering standards, conducting inspections, documenting findings, and making repairs. Strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term equipment reliability.

Qualifications

  • Technical professional with a two-year technical degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience with electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, providing both remote and on-site technical support with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
  • Organized and adaptable, with excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in computer systems and technical software, team-oriented.
  • Must be able to travel to customer sites.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
