Client Service Analyst
Role Overview:
Client Service Analyst are instrumental in shaping the evolution of customer experience by delivering exceptional support and guidance. They are catalysts for business advancement, utilizing the full spectrum of the company's offerings to drive growth and innovation. Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication with clients, handling client requests, resolving inquiries, offering guidance, and maintaining the accuracy of vital information and paperwork
- Identify and help clients access Firm services and solutions that are designed to meet their needs, encompassing banking services and secure digital tools like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
- Verify authorization and authenticate the client during the processing of their requests
- Oversee and control client accounts, which includes gathering client details and mandatory paperwork, executing money transfer transactions as a model
- Evaluate and execute actions based on client account alerts
- Team up with financial advisors to formulate a solid business plan and implement a client service approach successfully
- Assist in reinforcing the team's marketing direction through the management of marketing collateral, digital platforms, and the coordination of client events and seminars
- Engage effectively in available educational programs and training activities that correspond with the company's strategic objectives, professional advancement, and knowledge of current regulations, processes, and emerging technologies, while making a point to be present for targeted monthly field service professional training calls
- Provide support to Financial Advisors by handling administrative responsibilities like answering phones, arranging travel plans, coordinating client meetings, compiling expense reports, and managing calendars and documents
- Engage proactively in company endeavors overseen by local leadership
- Regularly explore ways to leverage firm resources for exchanging ideas and working together with Financial Advisors
Instruction, real-world practice, understanding, and aptitudes are essential aspects of a person's adeptness:
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Experience in the relevant field is a positive attribute
- Eager to secure Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) combined with Series 65 (RA) qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrating advanced computer skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft Office software
- Exceptional proficiency in writing, interpersonal interactions, and customer support skills
- Renowned for meticulousness and superior organizational capabilities, consistently prioritizing tasks effectively
- Demonstrates a strong aptitude for teamwork and partnering with others for shared goals
- Competence in adapting to a high-speed and ever-changing work atmosphere
