Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Sales Representative based in Kakdwip. The responsibilities include understanding and promoting Morbagh Tea’s product range to customers, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and staying informed about industry trends. The candidate will also actively support the sales team in achieving their targets and participate in sales meetings and training programs.

• Knowledge of sales processes and marketing strategies
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
