QA Test Engineer (Night Shift)

As a seasoned and motivated QA Test Engineer with 6-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing Test Automation support. You should be a focused and solution-oriented individual, capable of working independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team. Your primary goal will be to ensure product quality through testing efforts, implementing new QA activities and procedures, and contributing towards the development of innovative products.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation based on requirements, designs, and solutions
• Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to meet system requirements
• Perform manual test execution, including functional, regression, and integration testing
• Document defects thoroughly with steps to reproduce and manage them through the defect lifecycle
• Collaborate with product owners to understand user stories and formulate test approaches
• Work across teams to validate products and identify potential issues
• Prepare test plans, participate in peer reviews, and document test environments
• Develop strategies for test automation using tools like Selenium
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
• Ensure product compliance with external software quality requirements
• Write, implement, and report system test cases
• Generate quality metrics and reports to assess product status
• Review test plans and cases to ensure adequate coverage
• Provide testing expertise for user requirements of complex applications
• Participate in risk management assessments and software/hardware development phases
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 6-7 years of testing experience
• Experience in software quality assurance and QA methodologies
• Proficiency in writing clear test plans and cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Familiarity with performance and security testing is a plus
