Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Service Technician will be required to have G2 Gas License and responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and ensuring quality customer interaction. The role requires effective communication with clients to address concerns and ensure optimal system efficiency, safety, and functionality. The technician will collaborate with team members and adhere to safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction by providing excellent and professional service
• EPA certification or equivalent credentials related to HVAC services
• Understanding of and adherence to workplace safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Relevant industry experience or trade-specific certification is a plus
