Here's what awaits you:
Build trusted relationships with your clients and advise them on their IT projects
Serve as the key technical resource to recommend and participate in implementing scalable solutions aligned with their needs and budget
Diagnose and resolve complex issues on‑site or remotely
Implement, migrate, and evolve network and system infrastructures
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, high‑quality solutions
Actively contribute to projects and team meetings by sharing your expertise
Achieve company objectives while continuing to develop your professional skills
Protect client data and ensure the security of their IT environments
Profile:
Relationship and Communication
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate technical information
Networking and Security
Solid experience in network infrastructure and security (Firewall, Routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fiber, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
Virtualization and Storage
Strong proficiency with VMware, vCenter, and vSphere
Knowledge of storage solutions (NAS, SAN, vSAN)
Systems and Cloud
Experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 to 2022)
Backup and replication experience (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, etc.)
Experience and Mobility
Experience in a multi‑client/MSP environment
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
Valid driver's license (occasional travel to client sites)
