Asst. General Manager (Part Time) – Monster Mini Golf

We are looking for an Asst. General Manager who has outstanding customer service skills, is organized, energetic and has a glowing personality. The ideal candidate must love working with children and families in a fun, fast paced glow in the dark environment.

This position requires availability on Weekdays, Weekend (Saturday and Sunday Required) and Evening hours.

Qualifications:"3+ years experience working in a fast paced customer service oriented environment." "Minimum one year managerial experience required"

-Demonstrated ability to train, develop and manage staff.

• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus
• Must be willing to learn from experience and perfoming all aspects of the job.
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work in a Unique, Darkened and Noisy environment. The music is always rockin!!!

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that all customers have a great experience at Monster Mini Golf.
• Promote our party packages, give tours of the facility and book parties.
• Create attractive merchandise displays and manage retail merchandise.
• Manage staff of 15-20.
• Shift Scheduling.
• Sales and Marketing of our products and services to new customers and the Community
• Party Hosting and Management
• Management of facility: ensure that facility is clean at all times, all equipment is in working order, and prepared for all guests and parties.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Open and close facility, count and log cash each day, issue and reclaim registers.
