Job Description

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Product Availability Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of business analytics to assist with improving operational efficiency, performance, and strategic planning. Support customer needs within operations by collaborating with cross functional team members, data analysis, presentations, dashboard creation, etc.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Create and maintain business tools, dashboards, etc. to automate, visualize, and analyze data. Review and ensure data is accurate and meets management’s expectations. Create and maintain Customer Operations Standard Operating

Procedures (SOP's) and support training documentation.

  • Collect, measure, and monitor related monthly, weekly, and annual metrics. Identify opportunities to improve and automate the data collection process.
  • Update and build presentations to ensure they reflect the latest information. Create graphics and visuals that communicate the company's key project indicators (KPIs).
  • Upload all monthly customer forecasts to Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Provide updates to internal teams on related metrics, deadlines, forecast submissions, errors, etc.

  • Perform other related duties/projects as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in analytics, data analysis tools, and methodologies
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in developing and maintaining dashboards
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Strong computer skills, including SAP, internal dashboards, Internal Dashboards, Power BI, and SQL.

Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
