Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Engineer – Technical Support to join our growing technical team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails and guide customers through solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and system updates.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system health.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent system issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
• Assist in system upgrades and improvements.
• Use ticketing systems to track and manage support requests efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Education: BCA / B.Tech or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
• Understanding of databases and scripting is an advantage

Skills Required

• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to document and track issues effectively
• Team collaboration skills

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays if required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
