Job Description

As a Change Manager for AMEA at Mondelz International, you will play a crucial role in leading business units in implementing the o9 planning system. Your responsibilities will include acting as a change partner for end-to-end demand planning, working with leaders and users to emphasize the case for change, creating localized change plans, identifying change impacts, and planning and executing change management interventions. You will also be responsible for driving stakeholder engagement, managing communications, coordinating training efforts, and measuring the ongoing effectiveness of change strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change partner for end-to-end demand planning in the AMEA region
  • Emphasize the case for change with leaders and users
  • Create localized change plans and support BU implementation leads
  • Identify and assess change impacts, with follow-up action plans
  • Plan and execute change management interventions including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, capability building, and adoption metrics framework
  • Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of change strategies
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and manage communications
  • Coordinate training efforts across business units

Qualifications Required:

  • 10+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment
  • Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
  • Creativity and experience using the latest communication and learning tools
  • Passion for change and willingness to be hands-on
  • Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation preferred
  • Functional knowledge of commercial and demand planning processes preferred

In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Mondelz International is seeking someone who is able to collaborate, communicate, and influence effectively to drive results. You should be resilient, capable of dealing with ambiguity and continuous challenges.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience
  • Change management certification preferred

Travel Requirements: Yes, less than 10%

Work Schedule: Hybrid
