What is the Role?
As a Virtual Maternal Mental Health & Assessment Specialist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and psychological ADHD and ASD assessments of adult clients.
- Review testing reports, formulate diagnoses, write reports, and provide recommendations that support women in integrating their neuro‑divergent identity across the full spectrum of their lives and roles.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide evidence‑based, client‑centered clinical care aligned with the Momwell care model.
- Utilize client‑reported data in session with patients (measurement‑based care) to inform treatment plans.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ progress or changing clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, including in our electronic health record system, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
- Part‑time positions (Minimum 10 hours per week to 15 hours per week) are available.
Requirements
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in EHR systems and virtual testing platforms.
- Licensure: Valid Psychologist license in Ontario, in good standing.
- Assessment Expertise: Proven experience in performing formal psychological testing and mental health assessments for ADHD and ASD with adults.
- Experience: Minimum of five years as a fully licensed practitioner providing both 1:1 therapy and assessments. Private practice experience
