Job Title: Inventory Analyst / Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to manage inventory tracking, shipment planning, and logistics documentation. This role requires strong Excel skills, experience working with ERP/client portals, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory levels across systems to ensure accuracy
- Plan and coordinate shipments through client ERP portals
- Create and process invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Monitor stock levels and proactively flag shortages or discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory data between internal records and client systems
- Prepare reports using Excel (inventory status, movement, forecasting)
- Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipment scheduling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, data tracking)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., order/shipment entry)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOL, commercial invoices, etc.)
- Experience with warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory forecasting or demand planning
Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
