About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Producer to lead end-to-end on-ground execution of shoots — from location scouting and crew assembly to final delivery.

You’ll act as the operational backbone of productions, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Own

Team Setup & Crew Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage HODs and crew (camera, lighting, art, HMU, PAs)
• Build and maintain a strong freelance talent network
• Conduct pre-shoot briefings to ensure role clarity across teams

Location & Venue Management

• Scout, and lock locations/studios based on project needs
• Manage permissions, NOCs, and compliance requirements
• Handle logistics: access, parking, power, safety

Scheduling & Planning

• Create detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and script breakdowns
• Align all departments ahead of shoot days
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively

Vendor & Equipment Coordination

• Manage vendors across equipment, transport, catering, props, and set design
• Negotiate cost-effective deals and maintain vendor database
• Ensure timely delivery and return of all rentals

Budget Management

• Own and track production budgets in real time
• Flag overruns early and optimize costs without compromising quality
• Deliver post-shoot cost reconciliation reports

On-ground Shoot Execution

• Lead on-set operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Manage crew dynamics and ensure adherence to timelines
• Handle last-minute changes efficiently

Talent & Cast Management

• Coordinate talent logistics, travel, and accommodation
• Manage base camp, green rooms, and artist experience
• Liaise between director, EP, and talent teams

Pre-Production & Creative Planning

• Build comprehensive PPM decks (references, moodboards, shot lists, timelines)
• Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans
• Develop treatment documents and production bibles
• Suggest practical solutions for budget, location, or timeline constraints
• Maintain internal libraries (vendors, recce reports, past decks)

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain contracts, logs, vendor agreements, and daily reports
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all shoots

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 3–7 years in line production / AD / shoot coordination
• Strong experience in vendor & location management
• Work across TVCs, digital films, or OTT productions
• Budget ownership and expense tracking experience
• Proven ability to lead teams on set
• Ability to perform under tight timelines and pressure

Good to Have

• Experience in feature films or large-scale productions
• Strong network of HODs and freelance crew
• Familiarity with AI tools (Mid-journey, Runway, etc.)
• Multi-city / outdoor production experience
• Experience working with celebrity talent
• Strong PPM & treatment deck experience
