The Roadmap (Role Overview)

At AutoVerify, we are committed to leveraging data to drive decision-making and innovation. Our team is dedicated to harnessing the power of data to solve complex business problems and improve our products and services. We are looking for a talented Intermediate Data Analyst with strong data engineering skills to join our dynamic team.

Performance Specs (Job Duties)

• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust data pipelines to facilitate the collection, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement data models and database structures to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize SQL, Python, AirFlow, and other relevant tools to manipulate and analyze data.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for data processes, workflows, and analysis methods.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and data engineering.

Preferred Mods (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Fivetran) and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and their data services (e.g. RDS, Glue, S3, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Redash, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Package

• Salary: $75,000-95,000 per year
