Job Description

As a Learning & Development Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and improving organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design & Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training content aligned with organizational goals.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions to meet individual and team development needs.
  • Employee Development: Monitor training effectiveness, provide ongoing support post-training, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Manage training logistics, scheduling, venue arrangements, and maintain training records in compliance with company policies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track training progress, report outcomes to senior management, and refine future programs based on feedback and results.
  • Collaboration: Align training initiatives with overall business objectives by working closely with HR, leadership, and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in Learning and Development, Training, or Instructional Design is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of current L&D trends and best practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years coordinating and facilitating training programs in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with employees across different departments and levels.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable training outcomes and improving employee performance.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special training sessions or events.
