Job Description

Join our team as an IT Field Operations Specialist in the Brooklyn, NY area on a contract basis.

This role involves supporting IT operations across outpatient centers, handling various technologies, and collaborating with different teams.

The position requires excellent communication skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver hardware and software needs.

Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the area.

Visit sites to resolve issues and assist with equipment and software usability.

Maintain a strong knowledge of systems and participate in continuing education.

Manage inventory stock, including ordering and deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.

Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.

Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.

Ability to travel between sites as needed, with a valid driver's license and insurance.
