Job Description Job Title: Assistant Professor (Marketing, Finance, HR, Business Analytics, and International Business) Location: Solapur, India.

Job Summary We are seeking experienced and qualified candidates at School of Business, MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur, for the position of Assistant Professor in the above disciplines. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, academic development, student mentoring, and contributing to institutional growth through research and academic activities. Professors of Practice (POPs) are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities Engage with students using modern methods of pedagogy Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and course content Develop and update course-related study materials Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. Support students through mentoring and academic guidance Maintain academic records and documentation Participate in research activities, academic publications, case studies, research papers, and academic projects. Attend seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, and support curriculum development and academic innovation.

Participate in departmental and institutional activities, including committees, academic meetings, and accreditation/documentation work.

Qualification Requirements

Master's degree with minimum 60% and Ph.D. in the relevant disciplines (Marketing / Finance / HR / Business Analytics / International Business) from premium institutions in India and abroad Required Skills Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) and presentation skills Strong subject knowledge Ability to engage students effectively Research orientation Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Teamwork and coordination skills
