Role & responsibilities

Location: Mumbai Belapur (WFO) – Ready to travel

Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Software / Product Sales (BFSI preferred)

CTC: 4 – 6 LPA

Bond: Min 1 Year

Gender:Male/Female (ready to travel)

Vacancies: 5

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Business / IT), MBA preferred

Relevant Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation solutions
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Enterprise / B2B IT solution selling
  • Exposure to BFSI / Pharma industry preferred
  • Strong client engagement and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Meeting prospective customers in person
  • Understanding their technology requirements
  • Presenting relevant solutions
  • Managing sales cycles from lead to closure
