Role & responsibilities
Location: Mumbai Belapur (WFO) – Ready to travel
Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Software / Product Sales (BFSI preferred)
CTC: 4 – 6 LPA
Bond: Min 1 Year
Gender:Male/Female (ready to travel)
Vacancies: 5
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Business / IT), MBA preferred
Relevant Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation solutions
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Enterprise / B2B IT solution selling
- Exposure to BFSI / Pharma industry preferred
- Strong client engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Meeting prospective customers in person
- Understanding their technology requirements
- Presenting relevant solutions
- Managing sales cycles from lead to closure
