A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead a major enterprise M365 modernization and rollout. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing the firm’s cloud productivity and identity infrastructure across Microsoft 365.

This is a hands-on, senior-level consulting role responsible for architecting and deploying Microsoft 365 services across identity, device management, authentication, and collaboration platforms, while ensuring security and governance standards appropriate for a highly regulated financial environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience implementing Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments, particularly around Intune, Entra ID, identity federation, and modern workplace tooling, along with experience enabling Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the enterprise rollout and configuration of Microsoft 365
• Architect and implement identity and authentication solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Integrate identity providers such as Okta and manage authentication flows
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security
• Implement conditional access policies, MFA, and identity governance
• Support the enterprise rollout and integration of Microsoft Copilot
• Define security, governance, and compliance frameworks across Microsoft cloud services
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and leadership teams to modernize workplace technology
• Optimize device lifecycle management and endpoint security across the organization
• Provide architectural guidance on Microsoft cloud best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft cloud and collaboration platforms
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 architecture and administration
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Extensive experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience integrating Okta or other identity federation tools
• Hands-on experience with conditional access, identity governance, and MFA
• Experience supporting enterprise AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Strong understanding of identity security, authentication frameworks, and cloud governance
• Experience delivering solutions in large enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Experience working in financial services, asset management, or other regulated industries
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Identity, or M365)
• Experience supporting modern workplace transformation projects
