We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a First Nations-led occupational therapy company grounded in rights-based, anti-oppressive practice.

About the Role
This contract position offers flexibility and meaningful, community-centered work with children and youth. Clinicians are based out of North Battleford, with the flexibility to travel from wherever they reside. You will collaborate with families, communities, and interdisciplinary teams to support participation, development, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and intervention for children and youth in home, school, and/or community settings
- Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Deliver services grounded in trauma-informed, culturally safe, and anti-oppressive frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Saskatchewan College of Occupational Therapists (SCOT)
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to equity, cultural humility, and community-centered practice
Preferred / Assets
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Experience working with First Nations communities
- Knowledge of sensory processing, developmental delays, and/or neurodiversity-affirming practice
