We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Associate to support our data management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate data to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
Organize and manage large volumes of information efficiently
Generate reports and summaries based on collected data
Assist in data analysis to identify trends and insights
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather required information
Perform regular data quality checks and audits
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management tools
Basic understanding of data analysis techniques
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with database systems or CRM software
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
