Roles and Responsibility

• PR Manager to drive brand visibility for LWP by building strong media relationships, executing PR strategies, securing print & digital coverage, drafting press releases, managing reputation, and delivering consistent media presence.
• Develop and implement effective media relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and other key stakeholders.
• Craft and disseminate press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
• Manage crisis communications and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging frameworks and key talking points.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide insights to improve future communications.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in media relations and public relations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and current trends in public relations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
