Job Title: IT Project Manager (ERP implementation or migration project)

Location: Montreal

Position Type: Permanent and Hybrid (3 days/week onsite and Tuesday is mandatory); up to 30% travel

Overview: My client is seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects and has already managed ERP solution implementation or migration projects (ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365). In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments of software applications or solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You should have a proven track record of managing complex integration projects and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

· Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables.

· Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.

· Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process.

· Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management.

· Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.

· Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of relevant business experience working with ERP platforms implementation or ERP migration and ideally some experiences with Microsoft Dynamics (D365).

· Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business integration projects within a complex organizational environment.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.

· Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.

· Project management certification is an asset.

· Experience with business process reengineering, ERP systems, and/or CRM systems integration is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

· Experience using monday.com is highly desirable.

Pay: $130,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
