Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist for our Level 15 team. This is a full-time on-site position at our Bengaluru location. The role entails providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and analyzing system performance. The specialist will work closely with teams to resolve user concerns efficiently while ensuring seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
• Strong Customer Support experience to respond effectively to client inquiries and maintain retention
• Excellent Communication skills to explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users
• Solid Analytical Skills to identify trends and propose enhancements for improved performance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of educational technologies or similar platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
