I’m hiring 2 Business Development Reps (BDRs) for my startup — MindBridge.

This is NOT a typical job.

It’s for people who are comfortable betting on themselves.

We built an AI-powered app for therapists that helps their clients between sessions (mood tracking, CBT support, etc.). We also help therapists grow with marketing.

Now we need people who can sell it.

Role

  • Fully remote (Canada / USA)
  • Outbound sales (calling private practice therapists)
  • You’ll demo the app and close deals yourself
  • We provide leads, script, and training

Pay:

  • 100% commission (no cap)
  • Realistically:

  • 1–2 deals/week → $500–$1,000/month

  • 3–5 deals/week → $2,000–$4,000+/month
  • Weekly payouts

We handle everything after the sale. You focus on closing.

You’re a fit if:

  • You’ve done phone sales before
  • You’re confident speaking to professionals (therapists)
  • You don’t need micromanagement
  • You’re motivated by performance-based earnings

Not a fit if:

  • You need a base salary
  • You’re looking for something casual or part-time
  • You’ve never done outbound sales

This is early-stage. Small team. Fast moving.
