We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in
GxP-regulated environments and LIMS systems
. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in data engineering, ETL development, and AWS-based data solutions, along with a strong understanding of compliance and data integrity standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with GxP standards
- Implement and manage
AWS-based data architecture
- Support reporting and analytics systems with clean and reliable data
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in
Data Engineering / ETL Development
- Strong experience in
GxP & LIMS (Recent & Mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise with
AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda)
- Proficiency in
SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Experience with ETL tools such as
Glue, Informatica, DBT, Talend, Databricks
- Strong knowledge of
Data Warehousing & Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas)
- Experience in building data pipelines, data lakes, and reporting systems
- Understanding of
Data Quality & Integrity (ALCOA+) principles
- Experience with
GxP validation (CSV) & compliance (21 CFR Part 11)
- Familiarity with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Kneat, and Veeva
- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments (preferably GxP projects)
