Job Description
Excellent opportunity with a leading IP firm for an experienced Patent Attorney or Agent having a background in computer science or electrical engineering.
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Experience in the areas of communication networks, signal processing, and computer platforms preferred. Candidates also should have excellent writing and communication skills for meeting and working with clients directly. Broader legal experience or fluency in a second language preferred.
Candidates will be expected to support marketing to build the firm’s current practice as well as building their own. Competitive compensation, including a full range of benefits. Extensive administrative support, and relaxed, flexible environment. Attorneys and agents in the group collaborate regularly in person but remote work options are available.
The firm is currently hybrid with 2 days in office.
