Assistant Manager – Plant Operations
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily plant operations in our dairy production unit. The role involves supervising production, managing staff and ensuring smooth packing and processing of milk and curd products.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and packing activities
- Supervise machine operators and plant workers
- Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime
- Maintain product quality and hygiene standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and company policies
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
- Prepare basic production reports
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Dairy, Food Technology, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in dairy or food industry
- Basic knowledge of packing machines
