About the Opportunity
We are building a high-performance real estate sales team focused on developing strong, consistent producers in today’s challenging market.
This opportunity is ideal for agents who are hungry, coachable, and serious about building a long-term real estate career, not just closing the occasional deal. You’ll work within a structured, supportive environment with hands-on leadership, ongoing training, and access to strong inventory across the GTA.
While this role is especially suited for newer agents (0–2 years) who want real guidance, experienced agents who are open to structure, coaching, and accountability are also welcome to apply.
What You’ll Get

- Occasional lead support ( this is a growth environment, not a lead farm)

What the Role Involves
- Working on-site 2–3 days per week or as needed
- Attending team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls
- Prospecting and building your own client base
- Prioritizing in-house projects and inventory where applicable
- Following team systems, processes, and performance tracking
- Participating in regular one-on-one check-ins focused on growth and improvement
This role is not for agents looking to work independently without structure. It is for agents who want guidance, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming strong closers and top producers.
