WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Primary leadership of VA Launch — sourcing, vetting (DISC + skills tests), matching, and onboarding VAs for our clients in monthly cohorts
Running client and candidate interviews end-to-end, and coaching agents to hire well
Client success — onboarding, retention, coaching, and replacements
Our internal hiring + HR systems — every internal hire, job scope, and interview runs through you
Team culture, training, events, and energy as we scale
