Walk-in Certified Practice Manager / Coder Revenue Cycle Management

Role & responsibilities:

CPC Coder Roles & Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for medical claims
• Review patient records and physician documentation for coding compliance
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and payer-specific coding guidelines
• Identify and resolve claim denials related to coding errors
• Conduct audits to maintain coding accuracy and quality standards

Practice Manager Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical practice / RCM workflow
• Manage billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance metrics
• Coordinate between clinical staff, coders, and insurance payers
• Monitor KPIs like denial rates, AR days, and clean claim ratios
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer contracts
• Lead, train, and mentor the billing and coding team
