Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Experience Required: 6 Months–2 years

Shift: Rotational shifts (Morning & Evening), including weekends and holidays as per store requirements

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to join our Baskin Robbins outlet. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter
• Take customer orders and serve ice cream products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments
• Ensure proper stock display and refill when required
• Follow company guidelines and SOPs

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred)
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning & evening)
