Role Description The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process for garment exports, ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, sourcing, and logistics teams. This role involves leading a team of merchandisers, handling client communications, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.

Merchandiser will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and factory teams to meet customer requirements and optimize production timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably within an export house.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant merchandising software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
