Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and help deliver hiring outcomes during an important period of growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake through to onboarding.
- Driving high-volume hiring with strong turnaround times across approximately 75-80 positions over the next 6-8 months.
- Recruiting across both technical (40%) and non-technical (60%) roles.
- Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders across India, the US, and the UK.
- Building strong sourcing pipelines through multiple recruitment channels.
- Leading offer negotiations and closures to secure top talent.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing hiring insights to support business decision-making.
- Delivering a strong and seamless candidate experience in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong recruitment foundation along with the confidence to operate independently in a lead individual contributor capacity. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
