- Own end-to-end development and scaling of backend + data/AI platform
- Architect scalable, distributed systems and define platform infrastructure
- Build and scale data pipelines, model-serving, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Lead and grow a team

- Partner with founders on roadmap, technical strategy, and execution The Successful Applicant A successful Backend Engineer should have:
- Proven track record of building and scaling platforms or data-intensive systems
- Hands-on expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, and scalable APIs
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Exposure to AI/ML systems, data platforms, or agentic architectures (strong plus)
- Comes with a builder mindset, high ownership, and thrives in ambiguity
