Job Description

• Maintain daily server operations, patches, storage, backups, and system uptime.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user environment stability.
• Oversee backup systems, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
• Co-manage phone/fax systems with vendors.
• Report server health and risks to the IT Director.
• Monitor switches, routers, firewalls, and overall network stability/security.
• Troubleshoot issues with global IT and vendors.
• Support network equipment procurement, setup, and installation.
• Conduct security reviews and maintain VPN reliability.
• Provide hardware, software, mobile, printer, and network support.
• Monitor support channels and join the on‑call rotation.
• Support IT projects and advise the IT Director as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 5-8 years corporate IT experience; 5+ years server/network admin
• Strong English
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft OS, Exchange, AD, networking, backups, security, endpoint tools, mobile devices, and helpdesk environments
