Armed Security Officer - MGM National Harbor

MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Monitor Access Points: Oversee and control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to ensure security and prevent the entry of contraband.

• Respond to Emergencies: Secure the scene in emergency situations to prevent further loss or damage.
• Administer First Aid and Report Incidents: Provide appropriate first aid to injured persons following established protocols and write detailed reports.
• Conduct Security and Safety Checks: Regularly inspect security systems and perform routine checks to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Customer Service and Complaint Resolution: Deliver excellent service to guests and employees and resolve issues.
