- Candidates should be comfortable for rotational shifts and for all Locations(Locations are of Tricity, Punjab, Delhi, Jaipur, Jammu, Dehradun and Solan(HP)
- Meals and Accommodation facility is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
