Senior Director, Homeland Strategy & Growth

<p>As our <strong>Sr. Director of Homeland Strategy and Growth</strong> for National Security, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across DHS, DOJ, and DOS, driving sustained value and expanding MetroStar’s market presence. Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities across DHS, DOJ, and DOS components</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders (GS-13+ and above)</li> <li>Represent MetroStar at industry events, associations, and conferences to promote capabilities and expand market presence</li> <li>Support and contribute to RFP and RFI responses, including shaping and positioning activities</li> <li>Maintain and report on pipeline health, providing insights, deal strategies, and growth recommendations</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Capture, Operations, and Solutions teams to drive pursuit and win strategies</li> <li>Strengthen industry partnerships and identify teaming opportunities to increase win probability</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An active Secret clearance</li> <li>Established, executive-level relationships across National Security agencies (DHS, DOJ, and/or), with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and influence mission priorities&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that position MetroStar to influence, pursue, and win high-value opportunities&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated success building and managing a qualified pipeline, from identification through award, aligned to growth targets&nbsp;</li> <li>Deep understanding of National Security missions, organizational structures, procurement dynamics, and evolving priorities&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including key players, contract vehicles, and funding streams&nbsp;</li> <li>Track record of capturing and closing large, complex deals ($50M+)&nbsp;</li> <li>Working knowledge of modern technologies (Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, AI/ML, data solutions) and their application to mission outcomes&nbsp;</li> <li>Results-driven approach to pipeline development, prioritization, and deal execution</li> </ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $276,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
