As a key contributor, you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition plans tailored to departmental needs. This role involves crafting job postings, conducting interviews, and providing strategic advice while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for recruitment
• Conduct interviews and assessments based on candidate profiles
• Create engaging job postings that attract top talent
• Build relationships with HR Business Partners and clients
• Engage in special recruitment projects as needed Requirements:
• Completion of a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in public sector recruiting a plus
• Knowledge of HR functions and related legislation
