Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive with strong working knowledge of HRMS portals and prior experience in the service industry. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations, attendance management, employee records, payroll inputs, statutory documentation, onboarding, and coordination with project/site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee records in the HRMS portal.
  • Handle attendance, leave, shift, overtime, and employee master data in HRMS.
  • Coordinate with site/project teams for attendance and manpower data.
  • Payroll processing by preparing accurate attendance and salary input data.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.
  • Maintain employee personal files, statutory documents, and HR records.
  • Support exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and clearance process.
  • Generate HRMS reports related to attendance, leave, manpower, absenteeism, and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HRMS login, attendance issues, leave applications, and employee self-service usage.
  • Support statutory compliance documentation wherever required.
  • Assist in implementation, improvement, and monitoring of HRMS processes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with employees and departments for missing data, corrections, and approvals.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Must practical experience in using any HRMS / HRIS / Payroll / Attendance Management Portal.
  • Prior experience in the service industry, EPC, facility management, manpower contracting, construction, projects, MEP, or similar field will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll input preparation, and employee data management.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and site teams.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and HR documentation.
  • Should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with relevant HR experience.
  • Additional HRMS or payroll software experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have worked in a service-based organization with multiple employees/site locations.
  • Should be familiar with attendance correction, leave approval process, employee database management, and payroll coordination.
  • Should be willing to work in a structured HR process-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
