Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle applications data conversion, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven experience in leading conversion teams through multiple implementation cycles.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools.
- Experience with data reconciliation, balancing reports, and validation.
- Oracle Fusion certification in Finance, SCM modules.
- Experience in global implementations and complex multi-ERP legacy environments.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Strong expertise in data migration tools:
o FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
o ADFDI (ADF Desktop Integrator)
o Web Services/REST APIs for Fusion data loading
- Strong knowledge of Fusion data model across Finance, SCM (as per project scope).
- Data transformation using Python, Alteryx or Oracle ATP database
- Ability to work with large data volumes, ensuring performance optimization and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.
