Research Analyst

Role Overview We are hiring a Research Analyst to join our on-site team in Pune District. This role focuses on market intelligence, lead research, and identifying high-growth opportunities within the Cloud, AWS, and SaaS ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in market research or lead intelligence, and the ability to convert research into actionable business insights that directly support sales and outbound growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Identify industries and companies with high potential for cloud and AWS adoption

• Research funding activity, hiring trends, technology adoption, and market signals
• Build and maintain structured databases of target companies and decision-makers
• Generate actionable insights for outbound sales and marketing campaigns
• Support email marketing and lead generation activities through audience segmentation
• Continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) using real-time data and outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve outreach quality
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
• Prepare reports and present research findings to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience in market research, lead generation, or data analysis
• Understanding of B2B sales, outbound strategy, and email marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong Excel and database management skills
• Ability to connect data insights with business outcomes
• Prior experience in IT, Cloud, SaaS, or technology domain preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
