Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 1–4 years of experience to manage our financial operations. The primary focus of this role is the daily management of accounts within MARG ERP. While proficiency in Tally is beneficial for secondary tasks, the candidate must be highly comfortable navigating MARG for billing, inventory, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Management: Maintain daily books of accounts and accounting entries primarily using MARG ERP.
- GST & Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, and reconciliations.
- TDS Administration: Manage TDS calculations, returns, and the issuance of Form 16/16A.
- Reporting: Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills, ensuring all mandatory e-invoicing fields are accurate.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Closing & Audits: Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. CA Inter or MBA (Finance) is a plus.
- Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Software Proficiency: * Expert Knowledge of MARG ERP (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP as a secondary tool.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Taxation: Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory deductions.
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
