Role Responsibilities

• Create realistic recruiting, HR, and business operations tasks for AI evaluation.
• Develop structured exercises using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance.
• Identify gaps or errors in model responses and enhance outputs to meet professional standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI systems' performance on practical, domain-specific use cases.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent operations, or general business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with common HR tools like BambooHR.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess business documents for clarity, structure, and correctness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
