Position: Technical Program Manager

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $65–$85/hour

Location: Onsite: Sunnyvale, CA

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks.
• Conduct strategic planning, interact with executive management, resolve complex issues, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Manage internal and matrixed teams to deliver systems and enhancements meeting specified requirements.
• Oversee project scope, requirements gathering, time estimating, schedule development, budget management, status reporting, and risk management.
• Ensure effective customer interaction and communication across multiple organizational levels.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or PMI certification.
• Experience in camera module hardware development using the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Consumer electronics experience.
• Knowledge of optics and mechanical systems.
• Semiconductor experience.
• Skills in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning.
• Proven people management and team-building skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform environment.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.
