Position: Expert Evaluator

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $40–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity.
• Assess insights related to product assortment, pricing comparisons, and promotional strategies.
• Verify inventory metrics, sales analytics, and customer behaviour data using publicly available sources.
• Identify inconsistencies in operational reporting, marketplace performance analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Operations Management.
• Experience with product catalogues, pricing strategies, or competitive pricing analysis.
• Hands-on exposure to inventory management systems and supply chain coordination.
• Experience in analysing customer behaviour data, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and performance optimisation.
• Experience sourcing and validating tables, statistics, and industry benchmarks from credible public sources.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort working independently and asynchronously.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
