Position: Software Developer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: High numbers of hours available

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to the occupation of an Order Clerk using professional experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Adapt to a fully asynchronous work environment with flexible hours.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as an Order Clerk.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  
  

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
