Position: Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $30–$50/hour

Duration: 2–3 weeks

Commitment: 3–4 days/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Assess communication quality and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
• Provide structured written QA feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Flag linguistic or safety concerns to enhance training data quality.
• Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native Mandarin fluency.
• Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred).
• Strong written feedback skills.
• High attention to detail.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly.
